Anglian Water immerse themselves in Employee Recognition with Xexec

Xexec’s new Reward & Recognition Platform engages employees, boosting productivity and motivation

Xexec, a leading provider of employee benefits, and Anglian Water, one of the UKs leading water utility providers, today announced the official launch of its new employee Reward & Recognition platform. Designed to motivate and give something back to their staff, the new platform is available to all 4,500 employees across the UK.

Replacing Anglian Waters’ previous paper-based offering, Xexec’s new online Reward & Recognition platform GEM (Going the extra mile) has already been a huge success.

“We have been overwhelmed by the uptake of and engagement with GEM”, said Sally Purbrick, Head of Rewards at Anglian Water. “In the first week alone we have had over 200 individual awards and 15 team nominations. Xexec’s platform has been a wonderful addition by enabling our colleagues to easily recognise and reward each other’s contributions, making each individual feel like they are part of the team and appreciated in the workplace.”

Xexec’s bespoke rewards and recognition platform allows colleagues to publicly thank and reward individuals or teams for their contribution in the workplace, no matter how big or small.  The Xexec online platform allows colleagues to send:
•       Personalised thank you cards, digital messages, or certificates
•       Cash awards, scratch cards and charitable donations
•       Travel awards, tickets to events or experience days
•       Vouchers / points towards a team celebration
