CashStar, the industry-leading provider of prepaid commerce solutions, today announced that Wishlist Rewards, an employee rewards and recognition platform, is using CashStar Exchange to expand its network of top retail and restaurant brands. In addition to growing gift card revenue through a variety of new offers, CashStar enables Wishlist Rewards to streamline gifting program management and improve the user experience.
“The growing prevalence of remote workers and shifting workforce demographics has created a formidable challenge for companies looking to provide meaningful rewards to their employees,” said Max Joles, marketing manager at Wishlist Rewards. “By integrating with CashStar, we’ve expanded our rewards catalog and enhanced our ability to service clients with distributed and diverse teams.”
Through this new partnership, Wishlist Rewards will have access to CashStar’s network of more than 250 merchants. CashStar Exchange provides real-time integration with Wishlist Rewards’ platform, instant delivery for digital gift cards, monthly reporting and analytics to track progress, and ongoing support from CashStar’s Customer Care team.
Through automation and centralized reporting, Wishlist Rewards provides a powerful solution for employee recognition and corporate gifting programs. The defining feature of the service, however, is the recipient’s ability to choose from a digital catalog of curated experiences.
“By using CashStar Exchange and taking advantage of Exchange Commerce Services, Wishlist now has access to our extensive list of well-established brand partners to help diversify their offerings with the kinds of rewards employees desire – whether that be a night out at a great restaurant and hotel or a whitewater rafting trip,” said Martin Hood, vice president of Channel Partnerships at CashStar. “This will enable Wishlist users to more quickly and efficiently recognize their hard-working employees to promote a culture of happiness and productivity.”
