The John Lewis Partnership has launched a new reward scheme for its Partners, benefiting every partner, no matter what their level or position, with discounted ODEON cinema vouchers. ODEON partnered with leading international risk-managed sales promotions consultancy Opia to bring the cinema group’s Limitless Membership scheme to corporate sectors for the very first time.

This new reward scheme gives John Lewis Partners the opportunity to see an unlimited amount of films with no restriction on show times or titles. Based on ODEON’s public Limitless offering, public members of the scheme are subject to a monthly fee of £17.99 for 12-months of membership excluding access to Central London cinemas, or £19.99 monthly including access to select Central London cinemas, however, the corporate Limitless scheme is heavily discounted for all John Lewis Partners.

Each Partner has access to a range of reward schemes and benefits through the John Lewis Partnerships dedicated web portal (www.partnerchoice.co.uk) and the addition of the Limitless Membership e-Voucher scheme strengthens the business’ offering to partners by enabling them to build a more comprehensive package when picking and choosing from activities on the portal with real money savings involved.

We also understand that what we put into our Partners by way of benefits, we get back out of them in commitment and hard work.”
Limitless membership cards can be used to receive tickets to any standard 2D film at select ODEON cinemas in the UK and Ireland. Additional experiences, such as 3D screenings, IMAX, ISENSE, The Gallery, D-Box, Premier seating and any premium screening can also be accessed for an additional one-time fee.

“Our ‘Limitless’ membership has seen immense success since we first introduced it to the general public, so it only makes sense to extend the offering to the corporate market,” added Greg Radford, Business Development Manager at ODEON UK & Ireland. “We’ve seen a parallel rise in the demand for our e-Vouchers for use as business-to-business gifts and the addition of the ‘Limitless’ experience to this market will make it even easier and more cost-effective for businesses to motivate and reward their staff and clients.”

Opia won the contract as ODEON’s sales agency tasked with handling bulk sales of cinema vouchers for business-to-business and motivation sectors in 2014, following a six-month pitch process. One year later, Opia launched ODEON’s existing e-Voucher program (www. ODEONvouchers.com), which enables businesses to reward employees and clients with codes that can be redeemed online for cinema bookings.
