Personal Group, the technology-enabled employee services business, today announces the launch of a brand-new Reward & Recognition module. The module is available through its employee experience platform Hapi or as a ‘plug in’ to an alternative existing platform.
The new Reward & Recognition feature is an effective and easy way to acknowledge employees’ value and contribution through enabling business leaders and peers to send e-cards as recognition, or a financial reward, to one or more colleagues. Once financial awards are signed off by a designated staff member they are then ‘pinned’ to the organisations Wall of Fame with the e-cards. Employees are then able to search the awards that have been received and even have the ability ‘like’ them to show additional support for their colleagues. The sharing of these awards aims to promote positive feedback within the workplace and contribute towards increased employee satisfaction.
Importantly, and in contrast to other products in the market, clients are not fully charged for the financial rewards until they are redeemed, meaning that businesses introducing this initiative through Hapi will not lose out financially if a reward is not used by staff.
