A North East Energy company is offering staff the chance to win a dream holiday and a Mercedes-Benz car as part of an incentive scheme.

South Shields-based The Green Energy Advice Bureau launches the new scheme next month, which will offer its employees the chance to win luxury prizes including the holiday of a lifetime, a summer party and the brand new Mercedes.

The scheme comes as the firm, which currently employs more than 100 staff across offices in Liverpool, Mallorca, Serbia and its head office at One Trinity Green, South Shields – looks to boost its numbers through a recruitment drive.

Paul Cobb, managing director, said: “Ultimately, the success of The Green Energy Advice Bureau is down to our people. The new incentive scheme will give an ample opportunity for them to be rewarded for their remarkable work.

The Green Energy Advice Bureau is looking to open a branch in Glasgow and is now recruiting new staff across a range of roles including energy consultants and B2B sales executive positions.

Launched in 2015, the company expects sales to reach £9m in its third financial year and last year took two awards at the UK Business Awards receiving both the new business award and the overall winner trophy.
