The business, who are ranked as one of South Yorkshires top 100 growing companies and one of world’s leading resellers of Gift Cards and Digital eCodes into the B2B and corporate gifting market picked up the award hosted by Datel – the country’s largest Sage partner and specialist provider of Sage ERP business management software and CRM solutions. This year’s event coincided with the bi-annual Connect: conference, exhibition and networking event held by Datel for Sage users. SVM Global was announced as the winners of ‘expanding the world of Sage’ for utilising technology from Datel’s Fusion range with ‘Pathway’, a system that has allowed SVMs fulfilment centre to manage a dramatic increase in orders flowing through the system, eliminating many manual processes during the processing and fulfilment of orders. The system has already delivered a 400% increase in productivity of the fulfilment process, enabling the team to manage the rise in demand whilst driving continual improvement, accuracy and quality.
