When they asked ‘What’s the best reward you’ve earned/won in sales?’ We had to take a look at the comments. My colleague won a brand new car through a vendor promotion which was pretty epic The commission check that subsequently paid my student loans in full. ? Best reward- a team who have achieved their goals for the month and all have a good pay and enjoy a drink together at the end of month Multiple President’s Club Awards. Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Acapulco… A big fat commission check. A trip to Iceland. The land of fire and ice, just mental. Will never forget it Repeat business. A nearly $30k commission for one month’s performance. Ahhhh… those were the days. All expense paid European trip complete with spending money for my husband and myself! At the beginning, I won the customer’s loyalty, which was the most important thing. Later, when I had won many customer’s loyalty and respect, I won a giant contest in 2013 with Cisco and in 2016 I won the Summit Club (the company I worked for called it Summit Club, but it was like a Directors Club). A sea of material things & posh trips & jollies but the one that stands out is some long term business relationships & friendships that have endured over a few decades even as we all move about. Money is money but the best things in life are priceless….. The satisfaction of knowing how many people I have helped.
