Five ways to build a thriving work culture for hybrid teams

Many firms are still approaching the idea of a full-time office mandate with caution – as a recent Deloitte survey found that around three quarters of millennial and Gen Z workers would consider finding a new role if they were asked to go into the office 5 days a week.
