Laucnhes News: New launch helps employees meet HMRC rules on salary sacrifice

Let’s Connect is fully compliant with all the new HMRC rules which following the ratification of the Finance Bill in April this year, state that 100 percent of tax must be charged to employees over the period of their agreement. However, employees do still make savings in National Insurance on the total amount sacrificed and on pension contribution if you work for the NHS England or Wales.
