Companies can use the service to order a range of corporate designs, from black, blue and pink rewards cards, to thank you cards and Christmas bonus cards, employee of the month, promotions, birthdays and weddings – all of which can be spent in 22,000 retailers across the UK. Working closely with over 5,000 businesses nationwide, One4all Rewards understands and recognises how businesses can best motivate and incentivise their staff – and in turn boost performance. They can be loaded with everything from £10 to £400, and businesses can choose to pay via EFT, Laser, credit card or cheque. Once activated, the funds become available within 24 hours. Orders of £500 or more are eligible for free two-day delivery via courier. Declan Byrne, managing director at One4all Rewards, comments: “We’re incredibly passionate about making rewards and incentives for staff as simple and easy as possible for employers, as we understand that HR professionals and business owners alike are pressed for time. That’s why we’ve launched a new online service that enables businesses to place orders for One4all Gift Cards for staff – to allow them and their employees to benefit from the impact they can have. The service is available for all businesses to use – whether they’re looking to reward one – or one thousand – members of staff.” One4all Rewards is the corporate division of GVS, the creators of the One4all multi-store Gift Card sold throughout the Post Office network in the UK and Ireland. The company works with over 10,000 businesses of all sizes to transform employee and customer relationships, recognising that what motivates and inspires people is very individual.
