One of the world’s leading circus schools to host team building workshops

The UK’s first and leading Circus school, The National Centre for Circus Arts, is introducing a totally unique team building concept this summer. The Circus Workshop – the most exciting alternative to traditional team building – is motivating, inspiring and gives you the chance to celebrate your inner acrobat. Housed in Hoxton’s converted Electric station, the National Centre for Circus Arts offers an innovative way to engage staff, have fun and renew energy in the workplace.

See the National Centre for Circus Arts up close and personal where you will learn the ropes from the industry’s top performers, as well as the Cirque de Soliel stars of the future. From an adrenaline pumping tightrope walk, to leaping off the trapeze platform, you’re sure to feel out of your comfort zone. The Circus Workshop will offer more than physical firsts –  helping you focus, feel alive and brings a huge sense of satisfaction and camaraderie to those who take part.

Glen Stewart, Head of Training at the National Centre for Circus Arts said: ‘The diverse training that circus offers, from core and upper body strength to improving discipline and confidence, make it a truly well-rounded form of exercise. Unlike some other sports, Circus is not competitive, which psychologically can have a positive impact on participation and commitment.”
