An incentive trip, a special event, a team building exercise or simply an off-site meeting, there are a plethora of options designed to suit each and every requirement.
Conveniently located in the heart of Pauillac and a mere 45 minutes from Bordeaux – Merignac Airport, this former 17th Century chartreuse is home to the applauded Chef Jean-Luc Rocha, the youngest chef in France to be titled Meilleur d’Ouvrier de France at the age of 30 combined with two Michelin stars and recognised by the Grandes Table du Monde. His menu starting at 45 euros for lunch offers quality locally sourced produce paired with an all-encompassing selection of 1,500 labels of the finest wine from the Lynch-Bages label and beyond.

Vineyards Views – For up to ten participants, this itinerary combines the surroundings of the Lynch-Bages vineyards with one of the fully equipped meeting rooms on the estate. Enjoy one night B&B in a superior room, lunch at the local authentic bistro, Café Lavinal, two coffee breaks, an aperitif on the terrace, a three course dinner at the gastronomic restaurant with a full tour of Château Lynch-Bages and wine tasting. 

Spirit of the village – Similarly, this itinerary includes one night B&B in a superior room, a three course ‘Inspiration’ dinner at the gastronomic restaurant, fully equipped meeting room, two coffee breaks, one dinner at Café Lavinal and a private visit of Château Lynch-Bages with wine tasting.

Half day meeting – from 10 to 15 participants, this itinerary includes one of the fully equipped meeting rooms in Bages, with one coffee break and either lunch at Café Lavinal or at the gastronomic restaurant

Cookery Class – For team building days and behind the scenes interactivity, enjoy a personal cookery experience with Chef Jean-Luc Rocha himself. Throughout the session he will share the subtleties of his culinary skills with a demonstration of your choice featuring appetizers, fish, meats or desserts. 

Wine Tasting Course – Meet the talents who forge the spirit of the estate and discover the secrets of wine tasting and making. Learn more on the variation of blending, vintages, terroirs as well as food and wine pairings, or create your own Bordeaux wine under the guidance of the estate’s wine makers. 

For other incentive experiences, a range of activities and excursions are available for tailored itineraries. Choose from horse-drawn carriage tours, picnics in the vineyard, vintage car rallies, helicopter transfers, bicycle rentals, golf, surfing and sailing, photography courses, specific wine orders and more.
