Perkbox, Europe’s fastest growing employee experience platform, is today announcing Krispy Kreme, the doughnut company and coffeehouse chain, as a new customer on the platform. Since November last year, 1,800 Krispy Kreme employees now have access to Perkbox.

Krispy Kreme joined the platform as an existing customer of the messaging app Yapster, with which Perkbox has a channel partnership agreement. This means Krispy Kreme employees can simply access Perkbox within their Yapster account using single sign-on. From there they can review and use all their Perkbox services which include free treats, discounts, wellness, EAP and many more.

This ease of access has received great feedback already, with many of Krispy Kreme’s employees having logged into the platform and redeemed perks such as discounts for high street brands like Boots and Apple, free Caffe Nero coffees and movies with Rakuten.

Krispy Kreme will also be launching Perkbox Recognition in the near future, which will enable any recognitions made via the Perkbox platform to automatically be pushed to the company’s Yapster messaging board.

Deborah Knight, Director of Customer Success at Perkbox says:

“Delivering a great user experience is a key focus for us at Perkbox. It’s great to see our integration with Yapster achieving just that and making it easier than ever for Krispy Kreme employees to access great perks and benefits. We’re looking forward to supporting Krispy Kreme enhance their employee experience offering into 2020 and beyond.”

Steve Carpenter, HR Director at Krispy Kreme says: “At Krispy Kreme our people are our priority – testament of this are our efforts to provide a great employee experience. We are delighted to be partnering with Perkbox as one of our ways of achieving this. The fact employees can simply access the platform via their Yapster account, means it couldn’t be easier either.”
