IT services company, Technology Services Group (TSG), has partnered with Perkbox, Europe’s fastest growing ‘employee experience’ platform, to provide holistic wellbeing tools, perks and benefits to its 280 UK staff. As part of its continuing commitment to enhance the company’s work culture and support employees, particularly during the challenges imposed by COVID-19, TSG employees – comprising technicians, engineers, specialists and consultants – will now have access to an integrated suite of tools and resources to manage emotional / mental, social, physical and financial wellbeing. Alongside shopping discounts with major retailers and brands, employees will have access to free online exercise classes, are gifted a free birthday box on their special day filled with treats, plus access to an employee assistance programme (EAP). Staff can manage their account using Perkbox’s online platform and smartphone app. As well as Perkbox, TSG already run a number of initiatives and benefits for its staff, including company pension, health care insurance, volunteer days, flexible hybrid working arrangements, cycle to work scheme, a birthday prize draw, additional holiday allowance for employees that have served five years and over, and an employee recognition scheme. In order measure staff engagement, TSG also run Pulse and The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies surveys to measure, in greater detail, the happiness of its employees. Staff are additionally surveyed every six months, with top concerns addressed and results shared openly throughout the company. Working groups are then created in order to implement suggested improvements, informed by the survey, across the business.
