WorkBuzz Recognises 10 Organisations as 5-Star Employers

Ten organisations have been named 5-Star Employers by employee engagement specialist, WorkBuzz.

Private and commercial banking company Arbuthnot Latham, fast food restaurant chain Five Guys, chartered accountants Greaves West & Ayre, Impax Asset Management, auto parts provider LKQ Corporation, pioneering medical company Paxman Scalp Cooling, car dealership Perrys, homecare provider Right at Home, data specialist Starlizard, and offices across the Home Instead network, were recognised for delivering an exceptional employee experience throughout 2022.

“All 10 organisations have had outstanding years when it comes to their employee experience – and that was reflected in their employee feedback,” said Steven Frost, CEO of WorkBuzz. “Despite a really challenging year for employers of all shapes and sizes, these organisations have maintained the highest possible standards for their employees and are rightly seen as top places to work.”

First launched in 2019, the 5-Star Employer Awards programme recognises customers who are exceeding industry benchmarks for employee experience. The award is based on engagement scores, response rates and survey frequency, and helps identify winners as a great place to work for potential employees.

The programme is free to enter for current WorkBuzz customers, and all results are confidential. To qualify for selection, organisations need to have completed at least two WorkBuzz pulse surveys, or their traditional annual survey in the past year. They’re then given an employee engagement score and, based on how their feedback compares with industry benchmarks, may be awarded the 5-Star Employer Award.
