News Condé Nastâs e-commerce business unveils new employee engagement programme STYLE.com, the new e-commerce platform from Condé Nast, is putting a benefits suite in place for its 85 employees. STYLE.com, as a new and rapidly growing business, wants to ensure that the business has the tools to attract the very best in the industry. The new e-commerce platform – which is the first of its kind for the publisher – will launch this autumn in Britain and sell merchandise to consumers, including readers and users of its magazines and websites such as Vogue, and GQ, targeting fashion brands as well as upmarket brands from other sectors such as beauty, travel services and technology. It is important that STYLE.com’s engagement programme has universal appeal; as a fast-growing business, its employee base is growing all the time. STYLE.com will work with employee engagement leader Reward Gateway to implement Reward Gateway’s SmartHub® technology, which will act as a platform for all benefits and discounts, rewards and recognition tools, company communications and single sign on to existing systems. The discounts offered through the platform will include some of the UK’s top retailers as well as discounted gym memberships. “Being able to attract the very best employees, and retain those that are already on board, is integral to STYLE.com’s success – especially in an industry as competitive as e-commerce. We recognised this early on, and are working to offer our staff that something special in the form of our employee engagement platform. We’re very excited about launching it to our 85 employees in April!” Prenisha Harry, Head of HR at STYLE.com Latest news Grass Roots Group to Join Forces with Blackhawk Network Partnership positions Grass Roots as a global market leader of employee and customer engagement solutions allowing⦠Share Brain & Heart announces the release of their new platform Brain & Heart, the web incentive platform developed by the high technology expertise and incentive experience of⦠Share New Survey Looks at How U.K. Firms Use Incentive Rewards IRF report finds that 81% of U.K. companies offer non-cash recognition to employees- Washington, D.C., June 22,⦠Share Citi announces sale of prepaid card services to Wirecard Citigroup today announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to sell its institutional Prepaid Card Services⦠Share Anglian Water immerse themselves in Employee Recognition with Xexec Xexec’s new Reward & Recognition Platform engages employees, boosting productivity and motivation Xexec, a leading⦠Share Love2shop Business Services Launches The Evolve Digital Reward Platform Love2shop Business Services, a specialist provider of online consumer and employee engagement solutions, in⦠Share Virgin Experience Days win National Direct Commerce Award Virgin Experience Days scooped a ‘best online retailer’ award at the Direct Commerce Awards.
