Red Letter Days for Business partners with Ant Middleton, Former Special Forces Operative and star of Channel 4’s SAS: Who Dares Wins, to offer team building with a difference. Ant Middleton, star of Channel 4’s hit SAS show ‘Who Dares Wins’, is using his Special Forces skills to motivate, bond teams, and help people achieve goals by taking his coaching skills to the workplace with an SAS style package. Incentive and reward experts, Red Letter Days for Business, has partnered with Ant Middleton to enable clients to put their employees to the test and attend a team building day with a difference. Jessica Eades, Corporate Events Manager at Red Letter Days for Business says: “Our recent employee motivation report shows that staff are motivated when they’re challenged, gain knowledge and achieve something. A team building day with Ant will certainly enable workforces to experience all of these three things. “This style of team building will not be for the faint-hearted but it’ll certainly be an event that will bring teams closer together; employees will learn a lot about themselves and their peers throughout the day which is certainly going to benefit them when they get back to the office”. An ‘Ant Middleton’ employee event can range from anything from putting staff through their paces with SAS style training, to clay shooting and survival days. Ant’s representative, Caroline Watt says: “Since leaving the Special Forces in 2012, Ant has been running bespoke events for companies. A business would be hard pressed to find another team building experience that will form real camaraderie amongst staff. They will benefit from an unrivalled SAS experience that they will never forget and also have the added bonus that Ant is a well known TV personality”.
